Explanation of Dusty's World

So it seems we are listed now under the podcasts in itunes. That mixed with a few new listeners has prompted me to give a brief explanation.
We started life at a small station called Herophont, which you will hear mention of in the episode list. Herophont eventually went the way of the Doh-Doh (I'm not bothering to look up the spelling for that) and we were left with a long hiatus.
Our good friend Trash80 got curious as to how hard a broadcast set up was and well, built our web site and gave us a new home so that we could come back to this enjoyable little labor of love (and hate, Ohhh the hate). Also special thanks Sypher Art Studio for allowing us server space.
So if you're new and wish to join us for an hour + of dialog and get the point of view of two twits that enjoy entertainment and drinking, pull up a speaker, have a shot ready for the opening of the show, sit back and find some new, if slightly twisted, friends.

This quote was taken from a phone conversation Dusty and I just had:

Yes, you heard right THURSDAYS at 8 from now on.....yeah, ok, I know, WE SAID it was going to be Mondays, but well, thanks AGAIN to Trash80 we go back to our regularly scheduled day and time.

SO, our first show, Thursday the 24th, 8pm get a drink ready join us in the chat room and happy listening.

A HUGE thanks to Trash80, becuse of him are you now witnessing the power of this FULLY OPERATIONAL website.

If this isn't Thursday at 8pm, you can still hear us fresh from the can. You can take a gander at the earlier shows when we were on a differnet int_radio station (Herophont) that is now sleeping with the fishys.

Also for you enjoyment, we have on the list of old episodes, the ACTUAL first episode that never aired.

Don't forget the first couple of shows there was a 6 second lag time or so between Dusty speaking and me hearing him. ;) Ahh the wonders of advanced technology. A special thanks to Gill our Internet Telephony guru, for getting us to sound as good as we are now, (you can totaly tell when he statered working with us. And last but not least a special thanks to Sypher Art Studios for hosting us.

2nd in command's log, date 3-24-2008, it appears we now have a fully working website for the first time in forever. Thanks to the efforts of Trash80 we'll have old episodes available for download and new ones up for further torment to brain cells.

The date of beginning draws nearer.
